Fill it.
Place your household’s Hard-to-Recycle Materials (HaRM) in your bucket throughout the week. Styrofoam and plastic bags are included in your regular monthly payment, and everything else is on a pay-as-you-throw basis. For detailed pricing, see below.
Swap it.
On Pickup Day, simply place your Yellow Bucket in the designated pickup area (usually your front porch or doorstep). We’ll collect it & leave you with a steam-cleaned, sanitized bucket for the new week.
Share it.
Responsibility is a choice. We’ll send you a personalized impact report each year so you can track & #share the difference your household’s actions make with friends, family, and neighbors.
What can go in the Yellow Bucket?
For No Additional Charge:
Plastic Bags
Grocery bags, bread bags, Ziplock bags. produce bags, dry cleaning bags, cereal bags, bubble wrap, and plastic bubble mailers. All types of thin HDPE (#2), LDPE, LLDPE (#4), and MDPE bags are accepted.
Styrofoam
All types of clean #6 Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam, including clamshells, to-go cups, meat trays, egg cartons, & packing materials (but no peanuts).

Electronics
+ Mixed Electronics ($0.50 / lbs)
Includes computers, monitors, printers, fax machines, and computer-related accessories (e.g. keyboards, mice, etc.), as well as cables, drives, and other similar devices. Worried about where your electronics will go? No problem! We make it a priority to only work with certified e-Stewards for our electronic recycling.

Light Bulbs

Standard light bulbs cover most lightbulbs you would have at home. Including incandescent, halogen, LED, CFL, fluorescent lamps, circle lamps, U-lamps, & compact 2-4 pin lamps. Not sure what type of light bulbs you have? No problem! Just send us an email with an attatched photo of the light bulb(s) in question!
+ Specialty Light Bulbs ($2.50 / each)
Specialty light bulbs include shattershield straight fluorescent, HID, UV, & projector lamps. Not sure what type of light bulbs you have? No problem! Just email us a picture of the light bulb(s) in question!
